What We Grow

Two crops. One standard, every harvest.

How We Grow

Controlled climate, hand-tended rows.

Every crop is grown under glass, giving us control over climate, irrigation, and pest management year-round instead of leaving it to the weather. A 35-million-litre reservoir captures rainwater and greenhouse runoff on site, so production keeps running through the dry stretches that put pressure on other Delta growers.

Our Story

Two brothers, one greenhouse, and a 54-acre bet.

Ray and Ron VanMarrewyk took over Westcoast Vegetables' first greenhouse in 2006 and haven't stopped building since — a second greenhouse the same year, a third by 2015, and room for more. It's still a family operation today.
